In Philosophy of the Sciences, a school of thought led by Karl Popper held that the methodology of the sciences is "Conjectures and Refutations".  But in a general consideration of philosophical methods, we recall a vibrant philosophical methodology called Dialects. Most Philosophy Scholars refer to this method as the Socratic Method. But as an African Philosopher who has the right foundation of Philosophy and have joined the unraveling of the truth of Africa as the cradle of Philosophy and, inferentially or consequently, civilization, I do not bless the crime of Western Philosophy and their jaundiced history with attributing or ascribing that revered philosophical methodology to an intellectual thief as Socrates. Beautiful as it may have seemed in his mind before he threw it at the courts of the citizens, they wear every coat of angered respondent who has premeditated to courts while waiting to spank them. It is interesting to read lawyers who are not blessed with the ordinary knowledge of logic. Logic is the science of reasoning which helps its users and practitioners to separate good reasoning from bad one. By this we have analysed the final address of the legal teams of Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, mallam Kashim Shettima and APC using the guides provided by logic. One particular thing I can tell all Nigerians is an exact repetition of what I have been saying from the first day I heard that Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu wants to run for election as the President of Nigeria in 2023. Again, after the presidential primaries of all major political parties, especially the APC, PDP, LP and NNPP, which produced Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Mr. Atiku Abubakar, Mr. Peter Obi and Engr. The major assertion is that whoever emerges the president of Nigeria in 2023 among these four front-runners will be, by far, better than what we have had in the past eight (8) years with Maj. Gen.
