We have taken these few weeks to interact with the electorate of Nigeria about the 2023 general elections and especially on the topic of who should succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023. The spirit is high and the expectations are mounting. Everyone agrees that Nigeria needs a creative mind and someone who is imbued with the skills of production rather than consumption. This is the position of greater number of articulate Nigerians. When these mentions are made as they reverberate, it seems like they are all referring to just one man; DR. Ogbonnaya Onu. The star is rising and the tempo is rapturous. The sky smiles as the winds cares in bliss. It's amazing, the reception, the acceptance, the attraction, the love and the joy. The perfection of mortality is introduced by the reality of death and so thinkers will always hold that death defines humanity in the pure characteristics of beginning and end. It is therefore to say that to be human is to die at last. Our dear nation was brought into mourning at the news of the death of our beloved Barr. Lucius Nwosu. He was an illustrious son of Mbaise from Udo in Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA, Imo State.  He rose to international reckoning and repute as legal icon and a juridical lover of wisdom. He spoke to the world through the prisms of the statutes and tickled human existence with his wits under the wigs. Chief Barr. Lucius Nwosu has performed the mortal act and enunciated his humanity in this performance. Indeed, he was human. But now, he has joined our ancestors. To the living therefore, I send my condolences; to his immediate family, his extended family, the Uhuala kindred, the Udo community, Ezinihitte and the entire Mbaise nation at large.
