Since the outpouring of political appointments by the Executives, from the Federal to State governments, an outcry for the position of the youths have been repeatedly heard and read. A lot of the questions are bothering on how the youths are usually abandoned after the elections. Though the hues are on appointments, but any party that won't give the youth opportunity for an elective post will never consider them for appointments. Frankly, the vital unstated point is that except for those who are fed fat by godfathers, no reasonable, vibrant, intelligent, proficient and capable youth will contest for elective position within or through the mega political parties in Nigeria today. Of course, the structural financial demands which are critically the bane of the youth in politics will muzzle the youth. Unfortunately, and as made possible by the situation and trend, the young people who are with them (in the mega political parties) and play their games are immatur
