It's clearly Nigeria against the Igbo man and woman without any exception. Recently, a certain situation took place in Uromi in Edo State of Nigeria. Edo State people killed some people allegedly from the North numbering about 16. The videos asserting the reality of the incident is everywhere on the internet and the certitude of that incident has not been denied so far. Not a single Igbo man or woman was involved in the scenario. None was seen near the occurrence. But guess what? It is trite to legal commonsense that no system judges itself. And as the legal dictum states in the Latin phrase "Nemo judex in causa sua" that translates to "no one should be a judge in their own case". It's a fundamental principle of natural justice and constitutionalism that ensures impartiality in legal proceedings. The principle of nemo judex in causa sua originated in Roman law and was crystallized into a phrase by Edward Coke in the 17th century. It's severally too wrong from those saying that Peter Obi wouldn't have dared the reforms that Chief Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is attempting. The point is that the reforms are premature and malicious. They're malicious because the ruler is a tribalist and doesn't care about the rest of the country. In Philosophy of the Sciences, a school of thought led by Karl Popper held that the methodology of the sciences is "Conjectures and Refutations".  But in a general consideration of philosophical methods, we recall a vibrant philosophical methodology called Dialects. I took a little time out to read the so long a tweet by Mr. James Ibori on X. Beautiful as it may have seemed in his mind before he threw it at the courts of the citizens, they wear every coat of angered respondent who has premeditated to courts while waiting to spank them.
