BE A PARTY TO THE SOCIAL CONTRACT: AHIAZU/EZINIHITTE FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY IS CALLING FOR YOUR STAKE NOW!

The Trinitarian social contractarians - Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Jean Jacques Rousseau - idealized the state of nature. Though with variants, their angular parallax held crux on the need for reasonable and peaceful cohabitation of human kind in a society.

In this understanding, the contract came alive as a bond of responsibility for all citizens in the commonwealth. This however ushers in the current day government variously referred to as the Leviathan or the Sovereign and otherwise.

In the arms of the leviathan or sovereign was the common will of the constituents of the commonwealth deposited for administration.

This is the magic of government and the obedience strongly and inseparably tied to it. Call it a myth, an allegory, epic, a fable, an imagination or a fiction, the fact is that the act and art of leadership has come to stay and your stake is in it.

What should bother us at this point is no longer if we were party to the contract or not. The in thing is to make sure our voice and decision count.

How does it count in who becomes the Federal House of Representatives Member to represent Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise Federal Constituency in 2019?

Is it in selling your vote?

Is it in following the bandwagon of insensitive and unreasonable party name dropping?

Is it by being a thug snatching ballot boxes and abusing the choice of the masses?

Is it by staying back at home feeling unconcerned when you are inadvertently and intrinsically concerned?

Is it by not collecting your PVC to be eligible to vote?

Is it by being omniscient, knowing all, criticizing everyone and discouraging all?

How will your choice, decision and stake count on the 16th of February, 2019?

I suggest that you check through all the candidates irrespective of political party, go through their character and learning, know what personality they encase and make an informed decision on the ballot.

Don't be swayed by money, don't get biased by political party and don't just follow the crowd name. Make your own decision yourself based on your knowledge of the candidates.

But remember; KEMKA SOLOMON IBEJI remains the best among equals.

I will serve with wisdom, knowledge, understanding, godliness, justice, fairness, uprightness and creativity per excellence.

Let me go for Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise Federal Constituency 2019 and you will never regret your choice.
