POISONED VICTORY Written by KEMKA S. IBEJI

Let's not take in one bullet

Let's fight safe and stay alive

Only then is our victory real

We look up the sky to know

To know what's far away there

We lose sight of here and fall

Our eyes saw the reality

But our bodies are in the pits

The essence of that perception?

On our hunt for wealth

We hurt our hearts, minds

We stay away from our bodies

We abandon ourselves to ills

When the wealth's in grips

We're eaten by sicknesses

But here's wealth and more

But the body, soul are gone

Get me my victory

Don't let it get bad

Get me sound victory

Please don't poison it

Let not our prize be funeral

Give me that victory

Victory without poison.
