NIGERIA IS THE MOST BADLY MANAGED ENTITY IN THE WORLD TODAY: THE ESCRAVOS WORLD RECORD CRUDE OIL THEFT (CRIME) AT THE SPOTLIGHT.

Fellow country men and women, a none state actor and private security outfit led by Tompolo has just discovered a sophisticated channel and platform through which millions of barrels of crude oil are illegally acquired and stolen from Nigeria everyday. This has lasted for slightly above 40 years now as stated by an industry expert. Bear in mind along with me in this journey of mind that these young locals are not professionals, they have not been trained by the Nigerian government, they have not enjoyed the luxury of training and suchlike as relished by the retinue of Nigerian security offices like the Nigerian Armed Forces (Army, Navy and Air Force), the Nigerian Police Force (NPF), the Department of State Security (DSS), the Immigration Service, the National Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC), etc. But let us continue.

So from the discovery of Tompolo & Company, it means that Nigeria has lost approximately one million (1,000,000) barrels of crude oil per day for the last 40 years. A little analysis will help us to appreciate the enormity of the crime and the degree of loss suffered by Nigeria on this.

President Buhari
Disclaimer: Please discontinue reading this piece if you have anger problem. Also if you have a heart problem and especially you are very much emotional about the greatness of Nigeria and the black people across the world who have hope on Nigeria please stop reading here. But if your heart is strong enough, please continue reading.

Let us remind you that 365 days make one year and so we have to multiply 365 days, excluding the leap years, by 40 years. That is 365 x 40 = 14,600. This means that even if we exclude the leap year days in the 40 years of this criminality, we will validity infer that this crime has gone on for 14,600 days of Nigerian life. So for one million (1,000,000) barrels per day stolen from this channel alone, we have 14,600 x 1,000,000 = 14,600,000,000. This amounts to Fourteen Billion, Six Hundred Million barrels of crude oil stolen from Nigeria so far on this platform alone. Now let's do the maths:

On average price of 70 USD for the last 40 years (of 14,600 days) within which not less than 14,600,000,000 barrels of crude oil has been stolen from Nigeria, our loss or what has been stolen from Nigeria on this should be;
14,600,000,000 multiplied by 70 USD per barrel. That is 14,600,000,000 x 70 = 1,022,000,000,000 USD. The answer is that for the past 40 years, Nigeria has been criminally denied, robbed, raped and swindled of about One Trillion, Twenty-two Billion US Dollars. Can anyone help us with the conversion in Naira with the present exchange rate?

If we go conservatively on the average exchange of 250 Naira per USD for this, it will be 1,022,000,000,000 x 250 = 256,522,000,000,000. That's Two Hundred and Fifty-six Trillion, Five Hundred and Twenty-two Billion Naira. For God's sake, I engaged in about one hour research to enable me calculate this. Even Google could not help me with the calculations.

The PDP ruled Nigeria for 16 years out of the 40 years in question. That amounts to 16 x 365 = 5,840 days. Multiply 5,840 days by 1,000,000 barrels per day stolen and that is 5,840,000,000 (Five Billion Eight Hundred and Forty Million) barrels stolen under the PDP. Using average exchange rate of 120 Naira per USD, it will mean;
5,840,000,000 x 120 = 706,640,000,000. So under the PDP 16 years of ruling Nigeria as country we lost, only on this platform, a total of approximately One Trillion Naira.

Buhari and Tinubu

Now President Muhammadu Buhari and the APC have done almost 7½ years. If we remove the half and say they have done 7 years, it will mean 7 x 365 days = 2,555 days in office. And for this number of days we have lost 2,555 x 1,000,000 barrels per day = 2,555,000,000 barrels of crude oil lost under the APC government of President Muhammadu Buhari.

If we use an average exchange rate of 500 Naira, let us just intentionally be unmindful of the USD exchanging for about 700 Naira in most places at the moment. So 2,555,000,000 x 500 USD = 1,280,500,000,000. This is approximately 1.3 Trillion Naira lost under the 7 years of the APC government from just this platform alone.

This is a record on world's criminality hierarchy, if not the tops across the world.

If someone noticed this for the first time in 1983, it simply implies that president Buhari should know about it because he was the president of Nigeria as at then.

And about 40 years after while he is bowing out from the Nigerian government systems, this is exposed.

Now let us do a recap of this entire crime on this ESCRAVOS WORLD RECORD CRIME platform alone in summary;

1. In the last 40 years Nigeria has lost Two Hundred and Fifty-six Trillion, Five Hundred and Twenty-two Billion Naira (NGN 256,522,000,000,000).

2. Under the PDP 16 year rule, Nigeria lost to this a total of approximately Eight Hundred Billion Naira (706,640,000,000). This is using an average exchange rate of 120 NGN to 1 USD. This is so as they closed their 16 years run 160 NGN to 1 USD.

3. Under the APC 7 years Federal Government led by President Muhammadu Buhari, Nigeria has lost approximately 1.3 Trillion Naira (NGN 1,280,500,000,000).

4. What do you think of we add the 2 years military reign of Major General Muhammadu Buhari?

I think Muhammadu Buhari has become a curse to Nigeria and deserves a black page on the annals of Nigerian history.

It now remains for someone to tell the world of sane people that something is not amiss with Nigeria and her leadership.

Whatever you make of this, let it guide your decision in the 2023 Presidential Election. And whatever your decision is, use it to judge yourself.

I am,
