THE MORAL BANDITS MUST BE AFRAID OF THE GOOD MAN; DR. OGBONNAYA ONU Written by KEMKA S. IBEJI


I read with grave shock the hatchet job done in the unfortunate pieces of words raised against Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu stating that "He sees himself as the anointed candidate of the APC". That was too much of a horror orchestrated by demonic fingers to demean the personality of that great good man.

With intents to stall our call on Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu to see it as wise decision to consider contesting for the position to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023, some people who do not mean well for Nigeria have gone clandestine seeking to tarnish the image of a good man. Wait a minute; they have failed! 

The writer of that condemnable and abominable piece started his article as a prediction but changed gear midway and began to sound like a disordered mix of a doomsday prophetess and agent of destruction. The writer fashioned in his imagination certain events that existed only in his hallucinatory mind. 

For our class of experts, we understand clearly what that piece was meant to achieve but we stand unperturbed and defiantly to assert that they have failed even before they had started. The character they presented in their article does not in any way reflect the personality of Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu which the entire world know. He is a calm and calculated person, meek and well put together, humane with less words, not too ambitious, moderate minded, contented and very reserved. Painting him in pictures that depict arrogance is sickening, out of point and over-the-bar.

Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu is a good man and we are sure evil people in and outside Nigeria will do everything to make sure he does not hear us. They want to ensure that he is intimidated to shut his doors against us and not give an ear to us as we pray to God to touch his mind, the mind of the APC, the mind of Mr. President and the mind of God to choose him to lead Nigeria in 2023.

We therefore urge the evil doers to keep shut, close shops and shut down forthwith as we will keep watch while praying that the good man, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, hears us and accepts our plea to come out and lead Nigeria after President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

May God bless Nigeria and grant us the best leadership in the election year ahead in 2023.
