A THOUGHT ON PHILOSOPHY OF LAW: THE COMMAND SCHOOL IN THE PAN By KEMKA S. IBEJI

This puts a deep cut on the throat of both the sovereign and the subjects.
It simply means that even the sovereign is stripped of certainty of stool at any point in time as command can emanate from anywhere. This is the fastest journey back to the state of nature.
Even the command of the armed robber blaring in the banking hall and terrifying victims becomes a law. What then can we say of the terrorists? Are we not saying the same thing?
Is law actually worthy of its salt when it doesn't serve morality? What is law without justice?
The fear of Great Thinkers across the globe should be heightened by the justice as manufactured in Nigeria and maybe elsewhere.
When technical knockout dazes even the puncher, we run on a bizarre adventure. Morality has been enslaved and human social existence reigns bleak.
