MY MOTHER IS GONE! Written by KEMKA S. IBEJI

Sister Charity

I've waited many months now

She hasn't called, never greeted

That unusual, that strange

She's no more, she's gone

I thought it's never happening

Seems real; death feels strange

Just this little wonder in a while

Just that lonely stay in the grave

Out there; in the rain, sun, lonely

No companions, no company

What if there's a fight? No helper?

Far from her strength, her belief

Being in majority with her creator

Adopted by a warrior who saves

Peaceful rest at last in paradise

These comfort and bestow peace

Loving mother

Ezigbo Nnem

The jewel of our hearts

Envisage you bestride paradise

Your belief, your reality, the truth

In the arms of your maker

Rest forever peacefully ORIGINAL
