THE EDO DYNAMICS AND THE SLIPPERY GAME... Written by KEMKA S. IBEJI

It's delusional for the PDP to assume they won Edo State 2020 Governorship Election by the popularity and acceptability of the political party. No! Edo election is a national statement against a strand of politics that works in Lagos and nowhere else. It exposed to more people that Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu is overrated and so numb to the feelings and political pulse of the hoi polloi. Edo is not Lagos is supposed to be a very big information and tool to the APC against 2023. The signals are very easy to interpret. However, unless the PDP engages tacticians, their victory in Edo 2020 is a big bait and fat poison ingested for death in 2023. The details of the Edo election will be a huge misguidance to political neophytes and speculators. It will do so on both camps. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that both the APC and PDP will dissolve into new platforms which will feed on the powers of political leadership redistribution and realignments. The APC will never hand over to the PDP no matter how glaring any victory comes their way and the APC may never reform around a personality that can win the 2023 presidential election. Many factors that can guarantee clear prediction of the 2023 election are still bleak and faint. But we shall keep our eyes open and on the ball.

In Philosophy of the Sciences, a school of thought led by Karl Popper held that the methodology of the sciences is "Conjectures and Refutations".  But in a general consideration of philosophical methods, we recall a vibrant philosophical methodology called Dialects. Most Philosophy Scholars refer to this method as the Socratic Method.
