2019 will spring lots of surprises. Many pundits will witness cataclysmic failure of their hitherto worshipped predictions and many amateurs will rise into expertise and rousing oracles.

We are part of this history and we are here for the turning point.

Good men and women are evil when they abandon leadership for evil men and women. Let's therefore rise up and take our destinies in our hands. The future will only be bright if we take part in enthroning excellence and dethroning mediocrity.

How are laws made?
From where do the matter and form of the laws come?
What are the procedures and processes of legislation?
What is the place of custom and tradition in law making?
Only political epistemologists, anthropological philosophers and juridical logicians can fix those inquisitory jigsaws yonder. KEMKA SOLOMON IBEJI is an eclectic philosopher, a synthesizer, and a composite wrap up of a thousand times of the features mentioned above. Why seek ye further?

Our laws have never been made so we need philosophers now to make our laws and thereafter others can come. Don't let those who copied Projects, Long Essays and Theses make laws for us again.

Disband and declare unfit those who will go to copy laws of the United States of America and other developed nations and impose them on Africa and Nigeria in particular. As humans are unique, so are their societies. Things that work in Europe may not work in Nigeria. Our backgrounds differ, our history differs, our experiences differ, our cultures differ, the prisms of our interpretive understanding vary, the ingredients of our hermeneutic footings are world's apart and even our religions.

The foregoing and a lot more are very important to the formation of the norms and values that govern human actions in a society.

Those who understand these realities are just thinkers and they are philosophers pure and simple. There's no short cut to these facts and the earlier we realize this, the better for our country.

Who shall we send, who shall go for us?

Here's an oasis in the desert of hope. There comes a time when the very least amongst us will rise to save all. Like such foreshadowing, here is the time and this little one comes.

In Philosophy of the Sciences, a school of thought led by Karl Popper held that the methodology of the sciences is "Conjectures and Refutations".  But in a general consideration of philosophical methods, we recall a vibrant philosophical methodology called Dialects. Most Philosophy Scholars refer to this method as the Socratic Method.
