It is therefore to say that to be human is to die at last. Our dear nation was brought into mourning at the news of the death of our beloved Barr. Lucius Nwosu. He was an illustrious son of Mbaise from Udo in Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA, Imo State.  He rose to international reckoning and repute as legal icon and a juridical lover of wisdom.
